We aim to keep all the products are quality controlled before they are delivered to customers. Since the day you signed for the package we sent, within 7 days from the day, we provide the return and exchange service. And for the returns of quality problem, we will bear the relevant shipping cost. 
Detailed Description:

  1. For those will affect the second time sale because the tags or packages are not complete cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. The products are damaged for the user’s personal reasons (e.g. modifying the size, washing, oiling on the leather, embroidery or wearing for long hours) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. The not controversy problem happened to the products; the products can be returned or exchanged. For example, we send the wrong size or color or the products have obvious problems (the sleeves one is long the other is short, the pockets have discretion asymmetry, except the special style). And we will bear the shipping cost produced by return or exchange. Kindly please choose the ordinary express company to return the products (the cost we bear is the double expense of our delivery cost) and we only bear the expenses of the ordinary express.
  4. If the controversy problem happened to the products, such as there is a hole on the clothes, the button is missing or broken etc, and the customer want to exchange(we will not exchange the products are artificial ly damaged). If the customer wants to exchange the same style, same color or same size, we’d like to bear the sending cost and we hope the customer can share the return cost. If the customer  want to exchange different style, size and color, we are sorry that we will not bear the shipping cost because it’s hard for us to rule out the possibility of that some customer just don’t want to bear the shipping cost due to personal reasons, such as disliking the products and want to find an excuse.
  5. If the controversy problem happened to the products, such as there is a hole on the clothes, the button is missing or broken etc, and the customer want to return(we will not exchange the products are artificial ly damaged). Most of the Clothing blemish identification can be subjectively maintained. For we just make some small profits, we have no ability to bear the extra shipping cost. We hope our dear customers’ understanding. The similar problem like blemish can’t be avoid, we will bear the sending cost (such as the shipping address ordinary express can reach, here the shipping cost refer to the cost of the ordinary express in the place the customer live based on the expense of website system. If the ordinary express doesn’t reach the shipping address, we bear the shipping cost the customer choose when he place the orders. ) for our customers, the customer should bear the return shipping cost.
  6.  The products in gift bags and suiting cannot be returned partially for you can’t enjoy the preferential price when you first buy after your returns.
  7. The special products (designated special goods, such as bags, etc) will not be returned and exchanged not for quality problems.
  8. If you ask for invoice when buying, please return it together with the products when you want to return.
  9. Pictures and information are only for reference, because there must be some color shading due to the photography lighting and different display problems, so please consider the real object as final.

Particular Statements:

  1. The customer should bear the shipping cost produced by return or exchange of the product if the customer dislike the product for thinking the product don’t worth the money, has color difference, not good-looking, can’t put on for the size problem, are not as good as he expect or its fabrics is bad, work is bad, design is not reasonable, etc reasons without any quality problem as well as has lints, off-line, small stain grade which can be clened, shrinks or the express reaches late, etc we human can’t avoid reasons.
  2. The products are indentified as being damaged by man-made reasons, we will not return or exchange. And the customer also need to bear the resending shipping cost.
  3. The product has surpassed the time stipulated, doesn’t give instruction or explaination in advance or doesn’t get the agreement of our post-sale service personnel will not be returned or exchanged.
  4. All the returns should not carry any cash, and we will not compensate for all the cash in the returned packages.And the customer should assume the consequential losses himself.
  5. Once the product has be received by the express company, the customer should bear the shipping cost if the express company can’t reach or will not send out for can’t reach.
  6. We will resend the replacement parts to the customer if the accessories, buttons or belts of the products are crushed on their way of transportation. The return shipping cost based on these reasons should be paid by the customer.
  7. When you signed for the package, please check whether it is damaged. If the package is damaged, please don't sign for it. The return and exchange shipping cost should be paid by the customer if you find the package is damaged after your sign.
  8. The quality problem caused by improper use or deposit, we will not return or exchange.
  9. We will deduct the postage when we refund the money to our customer for the product include post fees.
  10. If we send less products or leak the order, we will resend the productcs. If the customer want to return or exchange, the relavant shipping cost should be paid by the customer.
  11. Please contact our after- service staff to describe the problem of the product if the customer find quality problem so as to avoid unnecessary disputes
